Kindergarten Enrichment Program:
Libertyville Montessori School offers the option of enrolling
your child in a public school kindergarten for half of the
day and placing your child at LMS for the other half of the
day.
For those children residing in District 73, there is bus
service available (at no charge) to transport your child
between the Hawthorn School public Kindergartens (with the
exception of the Hawthorn South school) and Libertyville
Montessori School for both morning and afternoon sessions.
Kindergarten enrichment is an excellent way of keeping your
child working on their reading and math skills and also preparing
them for a "full" day of school, which they will
be facing as they move into 1st grade. This enrichment program
is available on a 2, 3 or 5 day basis.
After School Academic Enrichment Program:
This program offers enrichment work in reading and math,
refinement work on printing skills and help with homework.
It is offered Tuesday and Thursday during the regular academic
school year from
3:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
The academic enrichment program is available for children
ages 3 through elementary grade 3. The program is divided
into two sessions: September-January and February-May.
Space is limited in this program so it is important to call
the school office if you are interested in enrolling your
child in one of the sessions.
